Frequently asked questions

"Chocolate doesn't ask questions... chocolate understands"

Nope. I’m not a dietician.

Plus, meal plans don’t provide a ton of flexibility… and life usually requires some.

Instead, I do provide you with some meal ideas that fit your calorie/macro breakdown for your goals.

And you’ll be learning some simple principles and sustainable habits you can use for the rest of your life.

Yep. Which is one of the great things about this program. No matter where you are (as long as you can get the internets), you are still connected to this community and your coach.

Nope. They’re completely optional. That being said, I do highly encourage them.

First, it’s nice to visually document the changes you’re making throughout the 12 weeks.

It also helps me as your coach to see what’s happening and give you better advice when required.

Plus, I’ve never had a client regret taking a progress photos… but I have had plenty who regretted NOT taking them.

When it comes to food, most clients actually end up saving money on their grocery bills.

You’ll end up making more informed, careful decisions, eating out less, etc.

As for supplements, I have a handful of very basic ones I may recommend.  However, it’s still completely optional.

Nope, you don’t have to join a gym to be successful.

Most of the training programs I design require minimal equipment.

All the exercise programs can be performed at a gym or at home.

Absolutely! In fact, I encourage it. Keep doing what you love.

That’s the beauty of this program—it’s designed to help you learn how to eat and exercise in a way that works for you.

Working towards a healthier life should be enjoyable, freeing, and sustainable. This program is about helping you live a fuller life and do more of the things you love.
