  • EQUIPMENT: At least ONE Kettlebell, TRX, superbands, bench, slides
  • Recommended KB setup: two or more KBs (light, medium, and heavy)
  • LEVEL: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
  • 3 Days/Week
  • Cardio Recommendations
